Several customers have emailed myself asking why the website has been having a few problems over the last month, and the quickest way to answer this question is to explain that we experienced a poor service from our hosting company during the month of December.
In fact at one point they took our site offline completely, there seems to be no reason for this apart from poor management on their part.

We have since moved over to a dedicated server which offers larger bandwidth and memory for customer uploads.
As well as this we decided to use the down time to upgrade a few of our services, we have firstly added a new Next Day Guaranteed postage service to the site and secondly fixed a bug on the image thumbnail preview (so now your portrait images are not looking as squashed)
We are also going to be adding an upload progress bar which should prove useful to customers who think their machines have crashed upon uploading large images for poster printing.
I would like to send my apologies for the problems the site has been having over the last few weeks but the good news is we are back bigger and better than ever before.
